One of the JCAN’s most difficult cases was the case of Hanan Abu Laban. Mrs. Laban suffered of cancer. In her past she approached many lawyers without success. She came to us after she her refusal at the Ministry of Interior for security reasons. JCAN worked continuously on her case until we received the approval after two years of work.
